Today I had the pleasure of meeting the rest of your team in the course of our gaining insulation for our old home at 505 Harewood Rd ; as my earlier email stated it was a pleasure
to meet a personable, honest guy like Ben but would have to say your installing team were equally impressive. Clean, tidy guys, very understanding with a distinct ability to put clients
at ease when giving them complete access to our home. Again, it reflects well on your business.
Clearly accessing the most horribly dirty & restricted places in any home would be enough to colour the attitude of any trades-person – but not these guys; they were a delight to have in our home.
As mentioned in my earlier email with regard to Ben’s interview we are of mature years & can appreciate excellent workmanship & attitudes to match.
You are fortunate, indeed, in having the services of these guys – look after them I know a lot that would love to “poach them” & their excellent attitudes. Top marks !

We are of mature years & have been totally confused on the situation regarding regulatory requirements & Ben was just the person to put our mind at ease & this after some inferior attitudes by a number of tradespeople over many years.

Thanks for the invoice, Home Energy Certificate, and the cost reduction due to less R4.1 ceiling insulation being used for the low pitch roof. David was on time and did an excellent job.
We have paid the invoice ($1085) today by phone using Mastercard.
